I've never had problems with any Sony mini-disc. So far, I've had no problems with these mini-discs. I record my family's live performances on them and then edit the discs by dividing the disc to separate tracks for each song and titling each song.
This Sony was the walkman to iPod crossover.Music could be put on disks and saved or recorded over.Worked very good for meetings, school, etc.
but have since switched over to an i pod. These worked well. I really like the idea of Mini disks.

I'm a professional musician, and my "act" depends quite heavely on mini disc. The problem is that there are only a few places that still carry them.
This is an excellant product, which I have used for many years.
